Very pleased with my recent experience. Stephanie in Malden on Eastern Ave was amazing. Held my hand through a transfer process and even called proactively about the fact she had to reschedule an appointment. She returns calls promptly and helps brainstorm solutions to your storage needs. Highly recommended!

I do not recommend Malden Public Storage. Moved into 10x10 unit July 2025, and within six months, the rent doubled ($120 to $240) without any explanation or transparency. This feels like taking advantage of customers who are locked in and have limited options. I’ve also been unable to get in contact with anyone at the facility to discuss the increase. These business practices feel predatory and unprofessional. You can expect steep price hikes with little communication if you choose to use this facility. Proceed with caution.

Public Storage is rhe idéal space for all your storage needs. The staff are very polite and friendly. What I enjoyed the most about renting a unit was the quick and easy access. Highly recommend 10/10.
