U-Haul Moving & Storage of New Center

Not only is the building historically cool, I think the employees are as well. They helped me out so much when I came to getting my first ever unit, and what truck would be best for my move. The return was simple as follow the yellow arrow. And the top it off you guys do propane refills. That's extremely convenient for me.

Reserved a 10' got here. Told they none available AFTER I HAD ALREADY RESERVED ON and there are 10' trucks sitting out front. HORRIBLE, LAZY, INCONSIDERATE SERVICE USE ANYWHERE ELSE. I've also had multiple issues since using their storage service. False claims of an unlocked unit in an attempt to charge me extra money. ABSOLUTE INSANITY

I had a good experience at this location. The rep Doug was awesome the way he helped me void of me being new to the process. He was friendly, thorough, and patient. I even was impressed with how he stayed professional with a rude customer before me. People him makes this world a better place.
