Sonja, the manager is such a delight. She gave me a tour and showed me two different unit sizes to assure my storage needs were met. This location was so neat & clean. She was professional, courteous, and attentive to all of my concerns. Thank you Ms. Sonja, you get 5 💫 ⭐️ 🌟 ✨🌟

I am very pleased with the excellent customer service I received from Josh and Jodie at the Algonquin location. I was informed of everything I needed to know. The two of them were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . All of my many questions were answered and I truly appreciate how patient they were with me. I will definitely refer all of my friends. Thank you so much!
