U-Store Self Storage

Decent location. Clean facilities. Need better access hours. The w.o.r.s.t customer service. I picked this facility since they had an open unit the day our movers delivered ours items and realized some of our items wouldn't fit in these small Portland houses. It has been nothing but horrible customer service since then. They put zero effort into anything they do. I could list so many things but it's not worth the time. Avoid this place if you ever plan to interact with the people. If you don't care about it then you can at least count on clean facilities.

The facility is good enough. The hours stink, especially if you have a real life. You cannot get access to the unit, unless there is someone working their desk. I had Public Storage before and the code-based access made a lot of sense, even if it were to cost a little more. I went with them because of location, not convenience. I recently moved out of city center and cannot wait until I get my stuff out of there...

We highly recommend- Staff is Best!!! Been here for 3 years!!! While traveling the globe!!! Clean- affordable- organization- Great location(s).
