US Storage Center

The customer service at US Storage Centers far surpasses any of the competition. I visited this location earlier today, after I had been to a number of other Self Storage companies, here in Simi Valley, and both Sherry, the Property Manager, and Guillermo, the Assistant Manager provided me with every detail on the rental process and the unit options, I was hoping to understand. They were both so pleasant and helpful. Not only was the customer service incredible, the storage facility is new, clean and has all of the latest security measures to assist with ensuring that customers' property stays as safe as possible. The units are clean, well maintained and unlike Public Storage, there are no open areas of the unit, such that strangers can not look through gaps at the top of the unit to see what is stored inside. I wish I had visited US Storage Centers first. Thank you, Sherry and Guillermo!

I have been with this facility for over a year, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Any issues, no matter how small are handled quickly. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
