US Storage Centers

This storage facility lets Homeless people sleep in their unit after hours. Many people are in their units hanging around after hours. Multiple thefts has happen to my unit since I have rented at this storage facility. The Manager Clint will do nothing about it or make any attempts to secure the place. They provide you an insurance, however their insurance will never answer call or reply to your emails for any claims if you filed for stolen properties. Huge lawsuit is coming

First and foremost I would like to clarify on the star rating I chose. I give David an absolute 5 star rating. He gave the perfect customer service anyone could ask for. He was patient, knowledgeable, caring, honest, realistic, problem solving, very professional. He assisted me with multiple issues always keeping my work schedule and financial situation in mind. David's work ethics were outstanding! Very refreshing to see someone care about their own work as well as representing US Storage in such a positive manner. In conclusion of the four star rating is due to the facility not providing 24 hour access or at least extend the hours of access to the units. For safety and just a all around better experience would be lighting in the units. Access to electricity would be helpful. Also, a shout out to the manager and all the people who work everyday to provide me a place to put ALL my things!!! Sincerely, Shannon K.

This place is an absolute joke! Do not rent here! They more than doubled the rent with no warning! When I asked why my card was charged $140 instead of $45.00 they said rent went up! So rent went up $90.00??? That's ridiculous! Staff isn't there when their supposed to be they say someone will call you back but never does! They have rats in their units eating your belongings and the insurance company has zero communication with you about it! This place is a nightmare!!! Do not rent here!
