Lillian who I signed paperwork with and who showed me my space was was very engaging and professional at the same time. I feel that other people would have a nice experience too. The only negative was one of the exit gates was down and has been for a month, it would be nice if they would get that fixed she mentioned that they were in the process...stuff happens so....and the other gate is working so it's ultimately not a deal breaker. Lily was an extremely nice woman, she made the process very quick and easy. I’d recommend these storage units to anyone because of her attitude and ability to work. I am very great full for her help!

We've Had storage hear now for abt 4yrs. It has changed owner-ship a handful of times since we've been hear. We've have had no real issues or concerns. The property is quite & clean. This facility is Not that easy to get to, considering only one way in & one way out. (Off of Grand Ave). Otherwise the location is pretty safe & secluded. Not to many going in or out, to often. Good place If u r looking for storage in Glendale. Prices are affordable.. Although the rent in it's "entirety" has been increased a few times since we've been hear. each time, a little higher. that's to be expected w/ The changing hands of ownership, the economy. It's not unreasonable. Current ownership, has been curtious, helpful, and kind. And prompt in response to any questions or concerns. Obviously we're still hear 4 yrs. Later. So for us, our experience, the location & renting, has been good. No complaints.
