Westchester Self Storage

Used the U-Haul service here with Westchester Self Storage and the staff at Westchester Self Storage was very helpful and kind with getting me the correct truck and information. I was assisted by Jennelle who was extremely kind to me, and accommodated new updates that I needed such as a larger truck, new drop off times, etc. highly recommend Westchester Self Storage and to have Jennelle assist you, you’ll have a better moving experience.

I called looking to book a UHaul and was met with a very friendly Janelle! She was so clear and kind! I only have my temporary DL right now so she was able to reserve a truck for me at a different location that would accept that! She was so nice and did not mind me asking all the clarifying questions! Thanks Janelle:))

The people who work here are very nice. HOWEVER, after not visiting our storage unit for six months, it was infested with rats when we returned. The building - especially the outside - is not especially clean, which could be a contributing factor.
