I had such a great experience at this storage facility, and I especially want to recognize Delicia, the on-site manager. She is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can really tell she cares about the property and the customers. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure — and that’s a direct reflection of her management. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way Delicia does. If you’re looking for a storage unit and want excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Delicia, for making everything so easy!

I walked in needing storage for boxes and totes, no furniture, and Ken was very thorough with explaining everything I needed to know, which made me rent immediately. Very convenient, very clean. Ken was very helpful and friendly, and because of that, I recommend US Storage Center 😀 Ken for the Win 🏆
