Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to find nearby storage. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and continue to review our website as it changes.

Using the website

• Use the “Skip to main content” link to move past navigation with a keyboard.
• Search by city or ZIP without using a map or sharing your device location.
• Browse facility details in the list. Maps are optional, and directions can open on a separate website.
• On a loaded map, use the facility menu to choose a location. Grouped markers let you choose among nearby facilities. Escape closes a map popup and returns focus.
• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter or Space to activate buttons, and Escape to close Cubby.
• On smaller screens, open the navigation menu and choose “Ask Cubby” to reach the storage assistant.
• Zoom the page and use your device’s reduced-motion preference.

Contact storageunitsnearme.ai@gmail.com. Tell us which page or action caused a problem and how you would prefer to receive help. Including your browser or assistive technology can help us investigate, but you do not need to share medical information.

We will review your report and work with you to provide the information or assistance you need.

Ongoing improvements

We use automated checks and manual keyboard and layout reviews. These checks cannot identify every accessibility barrier. Facility websites and external map services are operated by other organizations and may have different accessibility support.
