Juan was excellent and extremely helpful. He was essential in making my move as easy as possible. I was able to take advantage of their first month free deal and the unit was clean/well organized. Juan was very friendly and offered refreshments while I waited. I don’t usually write reviews but I was completely blown away.

This experience has been very difficult. I would not recommend this location to anyone until they a professional manager to manage this establishment. I have been harassed, followed and I had to contact Oak Park police because of Juan's behavior. He behaves like a predator ladies be careful and keep your distance.

Facility is clean and presentation is accommodating, but horrible customer service if duration is prolonged with the main front desk employer! Definitely needs an update of an a younger vibrant business person that can adapt to all people!
