I looked at the photos on google and they had me fooled. Their storage space looks clean and secure. Upon arrival I was disappointed, there was what looked to be a homeless person in a storage unit, piles of trash left everywhere and overall I was not a reassured about the security of the space. I pulled up the facility map, and it turns out the homeless person was in the unit my lease was for…. Well I just moved across the country and I’m not leaving literally all my personal belonging at a facility that can’t get the lease correct. I call them thinking they will resolve this and be understanding when I requested a refund. I’ve called them 3 times in the last week, I received and email saying I moved out but they have no urgency to issue refund. They outsource their call support so you can never get ahold of the actual site manager. **DO NOT RENT HERE!!!** Edit: refund was received 10/9/25

Best in Loveland as far as price goes for sure. They're always running promos that cut the cost way down, will almost always waive the one time admin fee as well. Insurance is cheap but good coverage. Staff is kind & helpful, especially the maintenance guy! He's helped me move stuff, dispose of the stuff I wasn't able to take with me and take care of any issues that have come up like gate code not working, etc etc. Im renting out a unit for the second time there and am very happy with everything.

The five stars reviews you see for this storage facility have to be fake. This company is so unprofessional, they don't even have someone who works onsite-- ever. All you can reach is random people at a "customer service" center who don't really seem to know anything about the facility. The units are not checked for cleanliness prior to leasing. How would they, if no one goes onto the property, right? The company does not adhere to a standard, ethical process of prorating rent; my family and I were charged for a FULL MONTH when we got a unit on the last day of the month. Yeah, I wish I were kidding. The unit we were assigned was dirty and had mouse feces in it. I've seen other people complaining that transients are living in the units, and I would not be surprised. The property is dirty and feels very unsafe. I've seen a lot of storage unit facilities in my lifetime, and this one is by far the sketchiest. Whatever move-in deal they offer you, don't take it. Grab a unit somewhere else.
