The units seem like any other these days. My specific experience was that the roller door didn’t fully reach the ground nor did the seal at the bottom on the door. As my unit faced a field, this perfect gap was the perfect enabled my unit to become filled with not just dust, but layer of debris on literally everything. The unit we still have on the backside between isles does not have either of these issues. New management makes it near impossible to speak with a person, just get recordings. My biggest issue however is with the monthly rent. After calling around a year ago it appeared this was the best priced place at $53. Out of my way, but worth the price so we got a second unit. Had been told that the prices only go up at most 15% at a time 1-2 times/yr. Being on a fixed income, this is critical important to me. Within a couple months the price went up to 85.. Was able to fight this a short bit as it increased to more than the unit I left. This was the case for both units. New management and the rates went up again, back to 85 for one unit, the other still pays 53/mo. Son moved to town and tried to get him a unit near mine. The new price one year later is $108/mo. Rent doubled in roughly a year. It’s become more affordable for son and I to get a larger home to rent with a double car garage than to pay these rapidly increased rates.

I've had a storage unit at 24/7 for a few years. I appreciate that the facility is secure but you don't have 24/7 access to your unit which had caused me some problems. Also I've had MANY storage units and this one gets Sooo dirty! I've never had a storage unit get so dirty before, but I haven't ever had mice or anything. Would give 5 ☆ but the amount of dirt and not having access 24 hrs a day is annoying.

If your pulling a long trailer you will not be able to get into the site due to their outgoing key code box being in the way. Also, my 5X10 unit had to be cleaned prior to moving in. Broken pieces of furniture, lots of spider webbing, misc debris.
