Worst Experience ever. I wish there was a negative rating available. The movers came 6 hours late with a small truck and when we said all the stuff has to go they said "don't worry it would fit in". But a couple of my beds did not fit in along with a few other furniture items. Also they had some of their stuff in the truck which occupied the space. When I asked them as per the agreement all the stuff has to go they said it would cost another $100 for the trip. It's literally a 15 mile round trip (7 miles one way). They take like 1 hour and 30 minutes for a ride that shows 15 minutes to get from Point A to Point B. Left me worried all the time. After that when they arrived at Point B they demanded money first or else "the stuff doesn't come out/down of the truck". They quoted a price and told me will give a discounted rate because they were late but they instead charged me extra with taxes. NEVER EVER AGAIN. PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SUCKERS. BETTER TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS PUNCTUAL AND KEEPS HIS WORD AND DOESN'T ASK FOR MONEY BEFORE THE JOB GETS DONE.

A nightmare! Sent a complete list of items, enough to fill a 30' truck. Told three movers coming. A 15' truck shows up 2 hours late after many phone calls. Then after many more phone calls a 26' truck with 2 guys shows up 7 1/2 hours late. After 6 hours the truck was loaded. No blankets, nothing. They took over 5 hours to 160 highway miles. They arrive at 3:45 am and say "you pay and we unload, but first I have to redo your bill." The price was doubled. I refused to pay this extortion. I was called on the phone and told "you pay every penny! I said the hours went over because you sent 2 not 3 movers. He said pay or my guys take your stuff with the truck. ". I called the police!. Nearly everything had damage or filth. Run people. I felt bad for the movers. There dispatcher stole their tip money. We paid $400 more than expected, would've been $1000 if the police didn't come.

My experience with 24/7 Moving & Storage has been absolutely abysmal - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! I had a very small move; just 3 large items including a small practice piano which I had disclosed to 24/7 from our initial conversation. It should have been a relatively simple 2 hour job. Correspondence with their dispatch office was very unprofessional - they called me the morning of the move to try and reschedule, and even texted me after midnight once. My conversation with Dispatch when the movers were late led me to believe that my job was forgotten altogether, as they sent a truck from NYC 2 hours after they were scheduled to arrive, only to show up 4 hours past the original moving time (long after the sun had set). The initial moving estimate was very reasonable, but a complete lie as the dispatcher and movers tried to renegotiate the price when they arrived, despite the fact I confirmed the price and that they were moving a piano several times (even sent pics of it). Honestly, I might have considered paying them more to make the move, had they not kept me waiting for 4 hours at someone else's house before renegging on our arrangement. The movers that arrived were very rude and likely undocumented Russian immigrants - 24/7 doesn't seem to pay their workers adequately, as even though I agreed to a slightly higher rate as they were already on site and I just wanted to end the nightmare, the on site movers rejected the job. I can't comment to the numerous reviews on theft and damaged parcels because we didn't even get to loading the truck; but I wouldn't be surprised it it were true based on my experience with 24/7 Moving - maybe they're called 24/7 because that's how long they will make you wait for them! I wasted an entire afternoon and a vacation day from work to ultimately NOT get the job done. In my opinion, 24/7 doesn't even deserve the minimum 1-star Google rating. Do yourself a favor and leave colluding with Russians for the White House.
