Fantastic customer service! Goes above and beyond to help. I’m very glad I chose this location to store my stuff while my house is being rehabbed.

If you like rats eating your stuff this place is great! UPDATE: I was renting from here. Got response from owner saying I wasn't on the list. I am not on the current list. When I moved my stuff out I threw away several items, bags, clothes due to the rat fecal matter and urine on my things. They even chewed up my divorce papers but thankfully they were just the draft. Also, when I put in for a move out through the portal and I still got a late notice. It was frustrating that I had to throw away a bag with some expensive rock climbing shoes due to the problem

These people have been a headache to work with and are RUDE whenever you finally can contact someone on the phone. Terry seemed very CONFUSED and did not know why she had even called and left me a voicemail. On a Sunday morning, not during business hours is when I received this call. She stated multiple times she did not have a move out request from me. I said I am looking at it and can forward it to you if you would like, and only THEN did she realize she had it as well. I will never do business with them again after this interaction as I was talked down to and talked over the entire phone call. I explained I didn’t like the tone she had and would continue the conversation if she would calm down (because nothing was a big issue??) and then she hung up on me! I’m so confused by the management.
