81 Storage

So I called I got someone real quick his name is Dominic, he was so helpful he walked me through the process it was super easy and there was a promotion for the second and third month free which was amazing! I called around and nobody offered that plus they had the space that we needed and space next to that if we needed more the whole experience was just great so if you need storage call this place 100% recommend!!!

Lost track of some of my payments. Would not unlock for me because of it. New owners took over and called me to see what I wanted to do. I told the new owners to call me when it was time to auction off my unit. I never got a phone call. So who knows what happened to my things....

The price is cheap, however be careful storing here if you aren't able to check on it every month or so. I had stored my belongings here while I was away for training (2 other people stored their stuff here as well and had the same issue). Some of the back units flooded and no one was informed about their unit possibly being flooded. When I came back and had to pack it up to move, discovered most of the stuff resting on the floor had gotten sever flood damage and mold damage. Our couch, bed frame, and mattress couldnt be saved. (Totaling over $1,000-1,500) I would have given them 4 stars if this information was brought to our attention that the unit I was in was possibly flooded. There were 2 other people that I know who stored there during the same time period that had similar damage.
