A-1 Mini Storage

Ive had a unit here for about 5 years now. Started off paying $100 for a 10x10. Price has hiked up to $190 since then. They also charge $20 late fee for each month youre late. Its crazy price has almost doubled. Looking for somewhere less expensive and fixed price.

I've been there a little less than a year. I have had 2 units now one. I've had units all over southern California and southern Mississippi. This one is in my top 3. Pros: Office staff is always nice. Units are always accessible. Facility is always clean. Prices are great. My units had individual lighting. Free lock. Close to home. Cons: Height in the units. That's it.

I hate to give a bad review especially on a family owned business but this place has no security. My storage got broken into within 2 months that I had my stuff there. And it looked like several got broken into by just looking at the messed up doors and deformed locks. There's always dudes on their mini bikes going up and down the alleyways that just makes me feel uncomfortable. Like is he scoping things out?
