A-1 Self Storage

My wife and I went to A-1 Self Storage to rent a storage unit. Brianna showed us some different storage units to choose for our needs. She was extremely professional, Great attitude, Excellent knowledge of the property and answered all of our questions. She also put a 4 day storage unit on hold for us because we couldn’t decide the start date. We came back a few days later and talked with Sonya and she helped us fill out the paperwork and answered all of our questions with a positive attitude and professional. The property was clean and the unit was clean too! This company gives excellent customer service and you can tell by the way we were treated. If you are looking to rent storage. I highly recommend going to A-1 Self Storage in Anaheim!

By the end of the month (May 2020) my storage unit will be empty. This is a really nice, clean, and secure facility. You get a special pin to unlock your unit at the gate entry, Which is connected to an alarm system. So there's extra security on top of it just being secured by your lock and a surveillance system. The grounds are very clean and very secure. Large imposing fences and walls keep unwanted individuals out. If I ever need storage again I would definitely come back to A-1. The staff are friendly and kind, and as a company that are easy to work with. It was very little effort to set up an auto-pay system and I had no issues with customer service. I paid about $85 a month for a 5 x 5 storage unit, which included an insurance coverage on my property in the unit. They have other rates and other sizes. Although I do not know what those are. You can't get a better price for that Top Notch security and service. Trust me I looked.
