Year after year, I have benefitted from superb service provided by the staff at A-1 Self Storage. I’m talking about Phil, Russell, Valentin and perhaps I’ve forgotten another. They’ve all been professional, polite, efficient, friendly, accurate and respectful. And they ALL address me by my name. Amazing.

The storage unit was a nice and a decent price in the beginning. But then they started rapidly raising the rent. Once the fires happened, they tried to take advantage of the situation and literally doubled my rent. When I countered and told them that rent spike was illegal they lowered it but then eventually raised it again. That feels like unethical practice.
