Rented a U-Haul from Steve and he made the process so simple and went into depth explaining any charge that may occur. Even did a walk around of the U-Haul with us. You can tell he has years of customer service experience!

Rented a u-haul but u-haul changed the location on me last minute..but, this does not reflect the excellent service provided by the person running this joint. The store attendant walked me through operating the vehicle and covered every point in the rental. All questions, answered. Professionalism, checked! Not bad by any means, u-haul has a better appearance because of helpful people like the one running this place.

Iv had my storage there for years. An iv never had any problems. Very quick to let me know if I forgot my payment.
