Had a unit from 2016 to about 2020 paid every month on time until I couldn't pay they didnt give me any options on payment plans they just auction off my storage unit without my approval

While the price is really cheap, the people running it are wonderful. They made the process of getting the storage unit very easy and answered my questions really well! The guy working there even help me get my stuff from the car into my storage unit. I 100% recommend this place.

Pam the manager is rude and disrespectful. I sent a money order but she locked me out of my unit. I am being robbed of $500 of camping gear and fishing equipment. People live on the property running machines and storing gasoline and unsafe liquids. The units and fencing is in poor disrepair.
