A+ Storage

Nice storage space with great people at the helm. The manager Ronald and the employee that assisted me during my move (Miguel) were extremely helpful and went truly above and beyond. They were always ready and eager to help and greatly helped me by letting me leave my car there during the day while I fetched my u-haul. The facilities are outdated but are decently maintained and the elevators definitely help with moving things to the second floor. The location of this storage is great especially if you are local in the pinecrest/dadeland area. The price matches the area and is OK. Once again shoutout to the helpful and friendly employees.

Julio was incredibly helpful today and made my first time renting a storage unit such a smooth experience. He was attentive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate his help

I currently have a business storage unit and a personal unit here in the past. The management comes and goes , but the place is always spotless, available and monitored for safety. For years I have met and had help from two grounds keepers here. One was good, the other is exceptionally great his name is Julio! He is always around, visible, working, cleaning, and helping people with directions or with any information pertaining to the storage buildings and elevator usage. He is personable but remains professional and kind. For years, he greets each person with a smile and a cheery disposition. What a nice man. Well done Julio!
