Public Storage

For months they closed at 5 pm and Sundays so no human that worked could access their storage at any time. Nos they have ALL elevator out of service, ALL! 6 days before Christmas!!! Really ????? And they say they will have them fixed in another 3 days. Great!!!! On TOP the ladies in front desk are not kind enough to tell you where to go. So they saw me looking for the stairs and no one helped. Then finally said: it’s that door. But did not say please keep straight, or the second door to your left, NOTHING. I opened 3 doors before I found the one. NO Signs!!!! And these ladies with no common sense this time of year and also not willing to help

This place is incredible, Rose and Francis are the best and super helpful. The customer service was so great and I appreciate them so much

5 Stars!!! This Public Storage Facility offers excellent Customer Service! Rosie helped me out during a difficult move and I appreciate her she is amazing. Storage is easy to access and the location is organized and clean.
