A Storage Place

I walked in here calmly not expecting the treatment I got. Had nothing to do with the storage facility....but somethg I bought off of marketplace from this Gentleman. He was cool when I picked up from him here. And alot has happened since the 6 months. The item has been in my storage after my life went upside dwn. Long story short. I went to retrieve the item realizing I needed to find my way across twn and today putting in applications I walked in asking about if he might of had the remote lying around thinking maybe he couldn't remember how to reach me if he by chance had it. He was rude cutting me off smirking trying to pull off the nice guy. Gaslighting me acting like I didn't know what I was talking about ...then saying how he thought it was weird I'm just now coming in to ask about. Wouldn't let me once again finish my sentences. Lost a storage customer and marketplace customer.

Both staff members were super helpful when I came down to rent from their place. 10/10 customer service and would recommend to anybody in need of a safe, friendly, storage place

We had an incredible experience the first time we rented at this facility while navigating moving out of our home in the area. We relied on them again to get another unit to make vacating our home possible. When going to consolidate my 2 units after a horrible move the following day the site manager made numerous accusations of nefarious activity and was extremely rude on the phone. He went so far as accusing my wife of lying to him. Trying to track down the ownership of the facility to make sure they know how the staff treats paying customers. This is the first Google review I have ever left in my life and I'm only doing so to ensure nobody receives the same treatment.
