A Storage Place

Worker wasn't nice or helpful. I went to help a relative move some thing out of her storage and the worker, Jose, I believe, threatened to trespass me because I wasn't able to get a phone call through to my relative inside the metal building to get her gate code. Though the place is clean, the treatment I received isn't worth ever going there myself. There are many other places to go for extra storage needs.

This storage facility is by far one of the cleanest and most organized self storages I’ve ever experienced. I have been a customer for over 8 years now. The current management is doing a fabulous job. It is secure and demonstrates excellent customer service. There are different options as far as climate control or not. They run a tight ship. Gate hours are set in stone. Absolutely no wiggle room there. I also appreciate the way they give courtesy calls to remind you when payment is due. They are certain to give you as many reminders as necessary to ensure no late fees are applied. I 100% recommend A Storage Place in Montclair, Ca as the best place to safely store your personal belongings.

wow what a great place so far. The lady we rented our unit from was so nice. The lobby is big and nice with plenty of seating. They have great move in specials. we chose an upstairs unit on the 3rd floor. it was really well lit and clean. It feels very secure here and since we were very unhappy with where our belongings are at now we are so happy to have found this place.
