Julio at the desk may be the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered in my life. While I was a walk in with an urgent issue needing a storage solution, he took the time to listen to what I needed, helped me find the best solution for my money, and all the while taking 2 phone calls to help other customers fix issues and even save money by switching units while I filled out paperwork. He was incredibly personable and went above and beyond in every way. Will only be going to A+ for all my storage needs here in Polk county.

No massive rent hikes no bugs not even dust on my belongings after 3 years in storage! Julio in the main office is genuine, caring and helpful. Barb is just as enchanting.
