AAA Self Storage

Sadly, had this been a few years ago it would have been 5 stars. I have had a unit here for 10 years. I had my husband get a unit here 5 years ago, since he has gotten 2 more for his business. Together we have 4 for our businesses & personal use. It used to be that we had access to the trash, the management would let you use the bathroom inside, the access hours meant you had actual access til that time. NOW, the trash is locked, they send you to an on site porta-potty & the new management kicks you out at 6 which is office hours, NOT access hours. Their hours are insanely unreasonable for people who work a normal 9-5. I hardly have access to my unit. I also have MS & my limitations with this new staff are unlike anything I can explain & they are confrontational. I have called to ask for help with things the previous management would assist with no problem & get sent to the website. Definitely miss the personal & personable touch. These people make my experience at this unit far less pleasant than it was in the past, unfortunately.

Used this storage for 18 months. Very clean and they have a lift for your heavy furniture which made an upstairs storage easy. Very professional staff and I felt all of my things were safe. No bugs or rodents. Everything was in perfect condition. I would definately use them again

A year ago, I made the decision to start my own business. I chose AAA Storage because it was conveniently located near my home. Initially, I rented just one unit, but nearly a year later, I found myself with five storage units. Although it was a tough choice to get a warehouse, my experience at AAA Storage has been fantastic. The facility is clean, and Ralph provides exceptional customer service; he is always friendly and eager to assist with any requests I have. I highly recommend this place!
