Highly recommended! Excellent customer service! Will was amazing and more than happy to show me around the unit before I reserved anything. Everything was clean and well maintained! Answered all of my questions, and was a quick and easy move-in process. Public Storage was usually my go to because it was so popular, but I'm really happy I tried this place instead. The quality of service and units here seem MUCH better. And I feel a lot safer choosing to store my sentimental items here!

What a great experience with Will at SmartStop. He allowed me to view the unit before discussing pricing, which I really appreciated. Will is extremely friendly and engaging and very professional. He knows his job well & was well-prepared. When we got back to the office, the entire rental process took no more than 15 minutes. This location has great reviews & I can see why. My unit was spotless and looks well-insulated. The front office is very clean, organized and well put together. There are a couple of storage units closer to my home, but their garbage reviews meant SmartStop was a no-brainer.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Will(Asst Manager). I was a little bit stuck while filling out the forms online and within minutes, Will gave me a call and guided me through. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to each of my questions which made me confident, I had chosen the right Self storage company.
