The experience at Storage Outlet has been flawless. The communication and service has been top notch. I needed a larger unit and there wasn’t the biggest one available; however, Jennifer at the front, gave us a call to let us know that someone will be downsizing units and the larger unit will be available by today. So, I now have the unit I need for my store merchandise. The facility is easy to get in and out of and the unit is also drive up accessible. I am so happy with my experience at this facility that I will be transferring all of my goods from another storage facility to here.
