The new managers are not friendly or helpful. I have rented a unit for over 5 years and they make me want to leave. Awful awful customer service. They don't even try to be nice. I miss Bert and Micky

Mickey and Burt have been really awesome. I've been there about a year and a half. I have always been treated with respect. When I ran into a little trouble, they offered their advice and it worked fine. Thank you for your kindness and real human spirit.. I consider you my friends.
