They are hard to find when it comes to giving back your deposit. I called the place and then the person who answered the phone started screaming at me!! He was being rude and unprofessional. All I was trying to do was help my family member get their deposit back. If they didn't want us calling them, maybe put a different number instead.

Online it says I have access to my storage unit beginning at 8 a.m. When I came by this morning I found a sign on the gate that said it doesn't open until 9. When I called the live-in manager to ask if he could please let me in just quickly, that I was on my way out of town and just needed to make a quick visit, he said no. For the amount of money that I am paying for this storage unit it seems to me that if I'm told it's open at 8 I should have access to my things at 8 am. This facility is clean and in good repair, but management is disorganized and not customer-focused.

I rented a storage unit for 30 days. I paid (per the terms of the contract) a $25.00 refundable cleaning deposit fee. I checked out of the storage unit and received a $25.00 check from ABC Storage for the cleaning deposit. I tried to deposit the check and the check bounced. I contacted the owner and explained the situation to her. She blamed her employees for the screw up and said she'd re-issue another check. That was 2 months ago and she still hasn't sent me the check for the money I'm owed. I've tried numerous times to get a hold of her with no luck. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to resolve this situation.
