Access Mini Storage

Norma was truly amazing throughout our experience. She was always ready to assist us whenever we had questions—whether about hours of operation or last-minute documents we needed. We were customers of Access Mini Storage for years, and we greatly appreciated everything Norma did to help us.

The staff was nice but the truck that I rented was in bad shape. Felt like I was driving a larger diesel truck, the transmission lagged shifting gears. And the gas gauge was stuck, you couldn't tell how much gas you had to refill.

I have been a customer of Access Mini Storage for many years. They have been there to help us with all our needs. When we first rented our storage unit it started off as a place to hold all our extra decoration and school furniture over the summer as my mom and I were both elementary school teachers. As the years passed our needs changed and we have moved into several different units sizes. Every time we did we got exceptional service, help with all our needs and the units were always clean. Norma is a wonderful person and has become family to me! She was such a great support to me when my mom passed and helped me with all my needs as I continue with all my storage necessities from the unit I rent to the U-Haul trail services I used when I moved homes. They are friendly, supportive, efficient and provide multiple services in one stop from units to storage boxes. I highly recommend the facility for your storage needs.
