Mike was great to work with and his turnaround time to get us our unit was great! Our unit was very clean and well lit. We will use Add Lock again for future storage needs.

Horrible customer service. The guy is out to make a nickel without worry of anything other than that. Pulled 15 ft enclosed trailer out 2 weeks before expiration and he contacted me one month after expiration and is charging me for 2 additional months. What a joke!!
