Pleasant experience until the ONE time I was late (5 days) & was allowed to pay with a check...it's been hell ever since. I'm denied access to my unit because the owner wants to wait indefinitely for a possible NSF notice....regardless of the proof I had that the check had cleared the bank. I've rented here before but I never will again.

This is a 5 star place to put your stuff in storage. These people went out of their way to help us when our unit leaked on the back wall. There was some water damage to a few boxes, nothing serious. They provided tarps to cover the boxes on that wall and 2 X 6's to get the boxes on the back wall off the floor (the floor was dry). It was not their responsibility to do all that they did, but they went above and beyond. They showed so much care and compassion and it was incredible. The repaired the small leak and everything is good. They did not charge us for any of it. Thank You!!!
