Advantage Self Storage

Do not use this location! Firstly, the amount they said Id be paying after the move in special was far less than what they actually started charging me. Second, they charged my card after I moved out and was told Id get a refund they did not honor. When I called and asked about this they ended up blocking my number and when I called from my sisters phone the extremely rude customer sevice was appalling. There are better, more affordable units around that dont have people that will steal your money. Watch out!

I highly recommend advantage self storage in Grand Junction CO. Their climate controlled units are reasonably priced and very accessible. I love that you can backup to the covered overhead doors to load and unload. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facility and the grounds are clean and safe with 24 hr surveillance monitoring. I also appreciate their automated billing system and the insurance requirements. I never worry about my unit as I receive text messages anytime my unit is accessed.

I have been with storage facility for over 11 years, the current owners Advantage Self Storage have maintained the facility excellently. Their improvements have benefited their clients and earned them a 5 star rating. Facility is always clean and secure. I would highly recommend if you are in need of added storage.
