Affordable Family Storage

honestly the worst storage place i’ve been too. they don’t have working carts, you have to carry stuff down 2 flights of stairs, there doors shut on you and lock you out every 2 seconds and you can’t block the door or they will evict you, they never answer the phone even though there not busy. I would not recommend this place. they don’t have door stops and there bathrooms are locked at all times they don’t give you a key for it. i’m pregnant and can’t even use the bathroom or a dolly to help move.

The customer service was excellent and she helped me get everything all the information I needed and got me into my unit fast

Very nice and clean. Darlene (manager?) was delightful.
