Affordable Family Storage

I have used the 5000 Lst location 2 times now to store my belongings. This location has always been Professional and Curtis!! Always clean and secure and the climate control is awesome!! I would and do recommend affordable storage to all my friends and family!!

Affordable family storage is under new management. I tried to delete my last review and hope it’s gone. This place it the epitome of corporate greed, privilege and arrogance. I paid early trying to be a good customer and they started bombarding me with texts and emails that I was late on my payment. I went to the office which they are rarely in and they weren’t there, of course, sent them texts and emails telling them I paid and sent them a screenshot of the payment. They finally acknowledged my payment but told me I owed one dollar and three cents. I did tell them the disappointment I had with their lack of book keeping skills and management and the harassment even when I paid early. I could go on but to make a long story short they locked my unit until over the $1.03 due to an increase in a mandatory storage insurance that they will subject you to. I told them I would pay asap but want to pay in cash but they are closed Saturday through Monday so have to wait until Tuesday without access to my unit. It’s Sunday so I will lose a day of work because I keep my tools for my business in the storage. Lastly, avoid this place like the plague unless you like to be abused and treated like trash. They deserve no stars.
