I have been with this storage unit for over a decade and then some. They have always been super helpful and even helped me get a new key to my unit when mine was stolen from my car. The person that has helped me the most over the last few years is Maria Arroyo. Due to me moving to Glenwood I recently moved my storage unit. Maria stayed late for me so I could make in time, on a Saturday no less, to get her my key. Being a person myself in a service industry, it's people like Maria that make a company great to work with. If I ever come back to Omaha, this is the storage company I would for sure come back to.
