Affordable Storage - 103rd & Frankford

I had a pleasant experience, thanks to Kaden. I was able to see a couple units and get the size I need. He was patient and answered all my questions. His explanation of the paperwork was very thorough, and I appreciate that!

I went to Affordable Storage on 103rd and Frankford to rent a storage unit- they are quite nice and helpful. It’s a clean and tidy facility. They showed me around and then went with me while I drove my car around to the entry -to be sure I understood the entry instructions. Then followed me in while I accessed the door and watched to be sure I knew how to open and close/lock the pull down door. You can bring your own padlock but they have some great padlocks for sale on site that are very reasonably priced. Great experience overall. Would recommend!

Excellent flexibility and professionalism- when I needed to change my type of storage rental. Also, I neglected to slide the latch before applying the lock on my unit. So it was NOT locked! Their security detail caught and called me promptly to notify me. Greatly appreciate them!
