Taylor was an amazing help! She shown me the perfect storage unit to purchase. She answered all of questions with no hesitation and no worries on my end! She has great customer service skills and I appreciate everything she has helped me with!

I've been using this Discount storage location for a couple of years. If I need assistance with my bill (I'm unable to pay it online, or something else) I usually call the office. I'm always happy when I can speak with Taylor. She's very kind, and listens. I appreciate the human connection and customer service. She's professional and is always helpful.
