Albany Self Stor

I have had a large unit here for 3 years. I've never had any problems ever. The best thing about Albany Self Store is the amazing customer service. Fast, friendly and always willing to help on the phone or in person. It's rare nowadays to actually get exceptional service.

I truly appreciate Donna in the office. She has always been firm but compassionate no matter what I was going through I felt heard even if her answer was no she took the time to listen. I have had zero trouble with my unit and there were times I was in and out 5 times a day doing things. And times I didn’t go by for a while and I never had trouble at the facility. She always makes sure no body is hanging out side the facility so I never felt unsafe while I was there.

I stored with Albany Self Stor from October to January and loved my experience. I came in frazzled after losing my housing, and was shown exceptional compassion and patience from the property manager, Donna. They got me in with a days notice, and the entire process was simple and smooth. The storage center itself is safe and clean, and I never had trouble getting inside. Payments were easy to access, and checking out of the rental was just as seamless. The prices beat Corvallis rentals, and I would recommend this unit as the place to go.
