They over charge you, make you pay insurance and then tell you to buy this over priced "cheap lock". The lock wouldnt work, the key wouldnt turn it unless you hit the lock super hard and then it would jam open until hit again. The small litte "closet" cost twice the price as the same size unit down the road. The units across from me were twice the size and I asked the old guy renting one and was paying less then what I was charged! I found a dead rat in my locked unit. It was there for a while since it was all dried out by the time I found it. The security gate is broken most of the time or left open. I watched homeless guy walking around inside dragging a box of stuff he said he found fishing...... Clearly they are overcharging with the insurance and pocketing that money with the massive acquisitions of property this company has acquired over the past year. They drive around on a golf cart and watch what you are doing ita quite Gestapo like, I don't feel like I had the privacy you should be granted with your personal stuff. Definitely shop around and find a spot that doesnt have rats.

I had a great experience with All Aboard Storage Big Tree! The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made me feel confident about storing my belongings. Accessibility is excellent, with convenient hours and a setup that makes loading and unloading hassle-free. The staff is incredibly personable and helpful, especially when I lost my lock keys and forgot the gate code, always ready to assist with any questions. Highly recommend this location for reliable storage!
