Would NOT recommend this storage facility. We reserved online based on the reviews and location only to show up and not be able to access the building because it was raining and the “keypads don’t work in inclement weather.” The person working the desk was kind but we wanted to cancel our unit because of the keypad issues and the mold/mildew seen on the inside of the dock doors/curtains when it was supposed to be temperature controlled. We cancelled our unit with the person on-site (after not even seeing or accessing it) and they said they would send our request for a refund. I’ve heard nothing and nobody is returning my calls or emails. I would NOT store items here that you actually need access to or need temperature control.

Booking and canceling the unit was easy and staff were helpful. There were also plenty of moving carts and an elevator right by the doors. Would recommend to anyone as long as the hours work with your schedule.

I appreciated the understanding and flexibility of the front office! The space was clean and easy to access. I only wish we could’ve accessed the unit after hours. The price was incredibly reasonable, which I really appreciate!
