All Points Self Storage & Warehousing

I have had a storage unit at all points self storage in Winchester, Virginia for the past five years. The Lucia‘s customer service is above and beyond. She definitely goes the extra mile. Not only is she professional and extremely competent, but she’s also extremely compassionate If I ever needed a storage unit again, I would definitely come back to all points self storage if Lucia is still there. The woman works 24 seven around the clock. It’s amazing. And this is coming from someone with a background of commercial real estate and I can assure you I didn’t even do half the things that Lucia does. I can tell you right now as an high level management before I retired. The woman needs a raise and a promotion. I will be moving out of there this weekend, but I can assure you I will miss you Lucia so much. I will miss how much help you have given me and all the advice about storage and everything in general. I hope to meet pass with you one day I wish you all the best in life and I can see you going far very far in life skies the limit for you, Lucia

Horrible customer service and even if you give them advanced notice that you’re moving out on a certain date they’re still gonna charge you for the entire month even if it’s one day into the month.

This place has ROACHES!!!!!! (Update: mice as well) I was not comfortable bringing my things back to my home for fear of bringing roaches with me, so I didn't. They pooped and potentially laid eggs all over my boxes, I found countless dead ones, and I eventually laid traps and caught a bunch. I found live ones inside my boxes. I had to toss a lot of my belongings, and the insurance doesn't cover the losses from insects. I had to pay for extra months while trying to figure out what to do, and eventually, I had to cut my losses. I lost my mini fridge, microwave, and a lot of my clothing. I am a college student with limited funds, so this was a huge financial loss, and I am unable to replace the items. When I first discovered the infestation, I called the office, and they said they have an exterminator that treats only the outside of the building and they were unable to get one inside of my unit to treat the problem. Now, I am stuck with a bill I can not afford because of the extra months I had to pay while trying to figure out what to do, and the company did very little to help. Update: I found a mouse in one of my glue traps I put down inside of my unit. Sorry, mouse. I didn't know you lived here.
