All Purpose Storage

This is the worst storage facility that I have seen. Three of the doors are unlocked at all times so anyone can access the building. So much for a secured building. They have stated doors are going to be fixed as soon as possible. That was over 7-8 months ago when current management took over. The building is also supposed to be climate controlled and temperature is about 40-50. I do not call that climate controlled. There is smoking in the building with cigarette butts all over the floor, along with empty bottles. Calling and speaking to the foreign customer service does absolutely no good at all. They advise someone will get back to you and no one does. As soon as weather is better I will be vacating this lousy unsecure facility. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I recently moved my personal property from All Purpose Storage for the following reasons. The building is unsecured. They’ve removed the locking mechanisms on the doors and anyone can obtain access into the building at any time. There’s no on-site manager. The place does not get cleaned. There’s fiberglass insulation falling down from the ceiling. There are signs of water/mold damage in the ceiling. There’s evidence of rodents. I have notified the property manager via email and stated all of the above, but to no avail. My rent continues to increase on a regular basis since All Purpose Storage has taken over the property. This review is for all the people who use this storage facility and do not visit their storage unit on a regular basis or live out of town so that they could be aware of the situation.

My first time doing buisness with All Purpose Storage. Dee in customer service could not have been any better. Friendly knowledgeable and helpful. She could answer all questions and every concern that I had. The sign up process was slick and easy. My kudos to Dee and to All Purpose Storage for a job well done!
