I recently moved my storage unit from Extra Space to All Secure Storage, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Extra Space was hitting me with steep rental increases and rude customer service, so I started looking elsewhere. All Secure stood out as a top contender due to its convenient location right near my home, making access easy. From the start, I was impressed with the friendly and transparent customer service. The staff member I spoke to was incredibly helpful, and the clear rental terms were a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience. The facility itself is clean, secure, and tucked away in a way that makes it feel discreet and safe. I opted for a climate-controlled unit, which is much nicer than what I had at Extra Space. While the unit is on the second floor, it’s located conveniently near the entrance, and there seem to be enough access points to make moving in easier. I’ve only been with All Secure for about a week, but so far, I’m loving both the company and the facility. I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to continue storing my belongings here at a much better rate than what I was paying before.
