Self Storage customer help person was amazing! This is our first time reserving our unit for our college kid. She was very helpful with the process especially when choosing the right location and very knowledgeable about what unit to get. Overall experience I received from her was really friendly, very patient and polite. I couldn't remember her name but I did mention to her to stay warm being in South Bend. Thank you.
