Alliance Self Storage - Corvallis

The facility provided excellent customer service even on a Sunday when I visited to inquire about their services. Although the facility was closed, Kathy noticed me and came out to help me. She took me to an available unit and I rented it the same day. The facilities were clean, easy to access, and the overall experience was great.

From signing up, to our initial load, and every day use - Alliance Self Storage Corvallis has been a very great partner to have. Especially calling out the pleasant Facility Manager, Kathy L. for her approach to service and business. In fact after working with Kathy we made the decision to pay 1/2 year in advance - as we knew we found the right place. The facilities are super clean, secure - but easy to enter / exit. And we can drive directly up to our unit - allowing for easy loading and unloading. Being part of the community doesn't stop at storage for Alliance... This year they partnered with Old Mill Center for Children and Families - and all renters can drop off gifts under "The Giving Tree" located in the main office. A great way to help others in need during the season.

Alliance Self Storage has been the best storage i have rented from by far. Making the move was very easy, not only are their prices are hard to beat compared to others in town, but they are approachable and always willing to help. We love to see them ride around the premises on the golf cart, it brings an extra sense of security. They keep the bathrooms well stocked and they are always clean. Anytime we’ve had a question we just come into the office and they always take good care of us. Absolutely trusted and recommended. 👍🏼
