Alt's Mini-Storage

I used this place for 1 month and had to pay for the 2nd mo th when I left before the first month was up I said I would have to wait a month to be refunded for 2nd month and when that time came they said they would mail a check after I told them the address was not good anymore sin e I moved to just deposit back onto my card I paid with. You know the old saying (the check is in the mail) and u never seem to get it cause they do t want to refund you they will always keep saying the check is in the mail. If u need a refund just sue them that will be the only way u will get it. And I took pics of the unit for my protection since they are so dishonest .

The units are clean, and the property I am at feels very safe and secure with the coded gate and ample security cameras. Setting up and getting my unit was a breeze, and payments are automatic so I have peace of mind!

I love the new facility. It feels good to know my stuff is safe. I have referred friends and family. Who have nothing but good things to say. Very time efficient. Everything can be done right online.The management is very friendly and fast returning phone calls and answering questions.
