First off, Elisha is great and I was a big fan of this place at the beginning. The price was amazing so I happily gave them my business. Then within a month I get a notice the rent is increasing by almost 40%! Super unethical tricking customers with the best price just to increase it because “it has become necessary to raise rental rates”. Nothing against Elisha, but do not trust whoever management is running this place.

This place is great. The service atmosphere and level of security are very well priced. I've been here renting for over a year now. No complaints about anything. It's across from Lowe's on Limberlost.

There is no way these guys should have a 4.4 rating. My daughter is doing extended travel and has been using them for about 7 months. There has been problems ever since the first day we brought her items to the locker. We arrived an hour before they were supposed to close but no one was there. the place we locked up and there was no way to enter. We had three truckloads of items and had to find a safe place to keep them until the next day. She brought them proof of renters insurance but they 'lost' the papers and started charging her more money for the extra insurance. EVERY time we've called, we've had to leave a message...no one ever answers the phone. My daughter is international and cant just call any time so she emails them...sometimes 7-8 times before getting a response. Then, they never resolve the issue and I have to call them...only to leave a message. They sometimes call back...but usually I have to call them many times, leaving messages each time. They may be cheap to start but the savings is not worth all this hassle. STAY AWAY!!
